I am proud to say that I am a Garry Bjorklund half-marathon finisher! Race day was so much fun! Loved, loved, loved the run. Despite my stress fracture in my left foot, the run went way better than I had thought it would. I started off very strong and felt really good the entire race. After I crossed the finish line I was able to cheer on friends as they crossed the finish line for both the half-marathon and full marathon. What a fun filled weekend hanging out with old friends and new friends! The weather was PERFECT all weekend. I am looking forward to doing it again next year only without a stress fracture! Keep Running!
